Child Friendly Yoga Session 20th & 23rd of February

For this week instead of our regular fitness session we would like to invite our families to take part in our very first FREE sessions of Child Friendly Yoga!

Come down and a enjoy being guided though a gentle Yoga session with the Lovely Lotte and her little one!

Theses session are aimed at all levels whether you are new to Yoga or have been practicing for some time.

Please feel free to bring your little ones with you. They can take part as much or as little as they like. We have plenty of play equipment to keep them entertained if Yoga isn’t for them.

What to bring? Water and if you have one a Yoga mat.
