Are you looking for a fun, child friendly and FREE fitness class? Well search no longer!

Thanks to DMFS funding we are able to offer this fantastic FREE FITNESS CLASS to all Marilla Members and Defence Families.

Every Thursday morning during school term time we will have an experienced PT running a 30min HIIT class suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for! 

The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

All classes are child friendly
