Marilla's Playgroup is on every Wednesday morning at 9:30am-11:30am (During school term times).  We run this group outside in a large garden area with plenty of shaded areas. We have a playhouse and a sand pit and lots of toys to keep your little people happy and occupied. There will be a craft and every term we focus on a different theme to encourage them to learn through play.   Free tea and coffee for parents.  Please bring a piece of fruit to share and dress for the weather. Gold coin donation required. This group is for Marilla members. Thanks to DCO funding we are able to offer this fantastic FREE FITNESS CLASS to all Marilla Members and Defence Families. Every Monday morning during school term time we will have an experienced PT running a mix of Metafit, Bootcamp but always fun fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for!  The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel. MyTime groups provide support for mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone caring for a child with a disability/chronic medical condition or developmental delay.  It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you. Because you're worth it! My Time are looking for new members, it is a FREE session to attend, just book a place, leave us your email address and Claire will be there to help you.   Please share this information with anyone you believe will benefit from these sessions.  These sessions are for you to stay connected. Thanks to DCO funding we are excited to provide our Members and Defence partners a safe place to Relax Restore, move stretch meditate, breathe, heal and be creative, including healthy fresh vegetarian yogic Afternoon Tea and refreshments locally made. ( newbies and yoga regulars are welcome) This day retreat includes 2-hour yoga and guided meditation in the morning/afternoon and about 1.5- 2-hour session in the afternoon of fun relaxing creative activities to nurture the soul and mind.  This day retreat is FREE to our members and Defence partners.
