Marilla's Playgroup is on every Wednesday morning at 9:30am-11:30am (During school term times).  We run this group outside in a large garden area with plenty of shaded areas. We have a playhouse and a sand pit and lots of toys to keep your little people happy and occupied while you meet with other parents/carers in the area. There will be a craft. free play, toys to encourage both fine and gross motor skills, story time and a shared morning tea.   Free tea and coffee for parents.  Please bring a piece of fruit to share and dress for the weather. Gold coin donation required. This group is for Marilla members. You can attend the first session without joining Marilla, you can join online at www.marillacommunitycentre.com  Membership for 12 months is only $20 (Non-Defence) or only $10 for Defence families. Thanks to DMFS funding we would like to invite our Marilla Members to join us for a hands-on Kokadama workshop!    All materials will be provided on the night, the bar and kitchen at The Navy Club will be open for you to order food/drink. The workshop is an adult event but feel free to bring children long, although please remember that children remain your responsibility at all times and dress for the weather as this workshop can get messy so it will be run outside. This event is FREE for Marilla Members and ADF families but we are asking for a $10 REFUNDABLE (although if you are able to donate the $10 it would be much appreciated!) deposit to hold you place.
