Thanks to DCO funding we are able to offer this fantastic FREE FITNESS CLASS to all Marilla Members and Defence Families. Every Monday morning during school term time we will have an experienced PT running a mix of Metafit, Bootcamp but always fun fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels, come on down and achieve the fitness goals you have always strived for!  The classes are held outside but undercover so please dress for the weather, bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Thanks to DMFS funding we are excited to provide our ADF families a safe place to relax restore, move, stretch, meditate, breathe, heal and be creative This day retreat includes a yoga/guided meditation session and relaxing self care activities including sound healing to nurture the soul and body. A healthy fresh vegetarian lunch and refreshments locally made. ( newbies and yoga regulars are welcome) This day retreat is FREE to our Defence family members. We are asking for a $20 refundable deposit to secure you place and with limited spaces available make sure you book your ticket today at marillacommunitycentre.com you must be a ADF serving member/family member to attend so if you would like to bring a friend or family member they must become a member. Marilla's Playgroup is on every Wednesday morning at 9:30am-11:30am (During school term times).  We run this group outside in a large garden area with plenty of shaded areas. We have a playhouse and a sand pit and lots of toys to keep your little people happy and occupied while you meet with other parents/carers in the area. There will be a craft. free play, toys to encourage both fine and gross motor skills, story time and a shared morning tea.   Free tea and coffee for parents. Please bring a piece of fruit to share and dress for the weather. Looking to make connections? New to Rockingham? Then this coffee catch up is for you! We will be hosting a morning tea with the aim of connecting our wonderful families here in Rockingham.
