This is a 45 minute Bootcamp led by an experienced Trainer, Cliff from SWEAT GARAGE. Sessions cnsist of a combination of boxing, circuits, bodyweight/weighted exercises, battle ropes and partner excercises.  All classes are child friendly. THE NEW YOU IS ONE STEP AWAY! We sometimes have guest speakers or an activity.  Available to all Marilla members (first session free just turn up on the day)  Book your Free ticket now so we know expected numbers  Weather permitting we sometimes run outdoors. The large shade sails provide a shaded area for babies to play.   

If you are living with Epilepsy either with the condition, or as a parent or a friend and would like to meet others living with it, COME ALONG AND JOIN  US! MyTime groups provide support for mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition. It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you. Because you're worth it! My Time are looking for new members, it is a FREE session to attend, just turn up on the day and Claire will be there to help you.   Please share this information with anyone you believe will benefit from these sessions.  There is a children's play coordinator on site to help with your children while you relax and connect with people who understand.  Younger siblings welcome It is not essential that children attend, the sessions are for you to relax and unwind You do not have to be a Marilla member to attend these sessions.  Every Thursday 9:30am -11:30am (Term time only) Based in the Rockingham Navy Club.  www.mytime.net.au

This term is all about creepy crawlies! Every week we have an activity, free play, and song time.  Open to all Marilla members. Your first session is free no need to join for the first session, just show up on the day. Cost: Gold coin donation  Please dress for the weather and bring a piece of fruit to share.  The shade sails are now up so plenty of shades areas for your little ones to play.

This new group meets every 2nd Thursday of the month. Its a group where families get to intergrate with the older generation bridging the gap beween the ages! If you have a few hours to spare once a month and think you could help new families in the area please attend.  Moving to a new area can be daunting and moving away from family is even worse. We have set up this group for those children and parents who miss a Mum/Dad or a Granfather/Grandmother role in their lives connect together.  We will provide a special High Tea and set up activities for the children to enjoy.  THIS IS A FREE EVENT So if you want to connect with the community and make new friends or just want your children to have a connection with the older generation of your community come on down and meet people who want to connect Book your free ticket now!
