Weather Warning: due to the severe rain we have changed the date for our play in the park to Thursday after school where the forecast is dry.  This week we are meeting at Fantasy Park Rand Avenue Waikiki 6169. Marilla's Pre-School Playgroup runs every Wednesday (term time only) This Terms theme is SHAPES. We will be using different shapes to create different activities.  Children learn through play.  Each week we will have a different activity for the children.  Each child to bring a piece of fruit to share. This playgroup is mainly run outdoors (weather permitting) so ensure your child is dressed for the weather.  If the weather is too servere we run the playgroup from the Sea Rescue building next door.  Price: gold coin donation You must be a member to attend.  You can attend a taster session prior to becoming a member.  Membership is $20 per year or $10 a year for Defence families.    Marilla...bringing people together    

This group aims to support pregnant women and newborns (up to 12 months). Its an informal meet up where you get to chat to other mums and get/share advice and information in regards to your pregnancy and experiences. Each week will have a different topic of discussion and some weeks we will have guest speakers and parenting workshops. Our weekly Mums and Bubs offers support and advice to new and expecting mums and dads. We have regular courses on baby massage, sleeping issues, physio and advice from local experts covering all areas of parenting.  Attendance is free* and we supply tea and coffee.
